Hi, sorry to bring an off topic, but I could not find a solution myself.
I was asked to prepare a short fly-by animation of a ?h.pial for a TV who interviewed my boss last week. Would you have any recommendation on how to do that? The ?h.pial is a mesh, which is ideal, because the surface of the pial would be nice and smooth. I tried to export aparc+aseg to Analyze and read it into OsiriX, where I can easily produce the animation, but the surface was not smooth, as one would expect. So that is not the solution. Has anyone experience with this kind of task?
