Nima, There is no flag to mri_watershed to allow this, but you can trick it by doing the following:
cd $FREESURFER_HOME/lib/bem mv ic5.tri ic5.bak ln -s ic4.tri ic5.tri This will force usage of ic4.tri, which has 5120 triangles.
