The log say's that it has found 130 dcm files, which is two files too much for a 128slice sequence, as nICE is saying. So, perhaps there is something in the folder, which should not be there, even though mri_convert also detectes that the sequence had originally 128 slices, but this might have produced this offset in the images. How does the volume look likes, when you are looding it into nICE?
