i *did* make bootable USB sticks with the INBUILT FreeDOS image. Kind of very 
straight forward.
It works, also as bootable usb stick, but the FreeDOS System is rudimentary and 
you will be lacking the whole installation options from the original FreeDOS 
install. 
(However, I couldn’t make an original FreeDOS install working on USB sticks. 
Kind of too tricky for me. Haven’t got the time to find out)

Liam: does Ventoy write FreeDOS images like Rufus does?
