In reading about the binary sizes such as this, you'll find incorrect use of
MB to mean megabytes is common:
528482304 = 504MiB = 528.482304MB
The common misuse leads to other values sometimes seen in the range between
504 & 528, not the least of which are various partitioning tools and disk
space reports.
