Do you have a pin defined on sim?
No.
I check with minicom that AT+CFUN=1 (Turns modem on) give Error but AT+PCSTATE=1 turns it on. Unfortunately when i change it in ppp.conf from AT+CFUN=1 to AT+PCSTATE=1 that give me
