C'mon Jordan. It wasn't needless commentary. He explained in *detail* why the commit was wrong, and why it needed to be corrected. Anything less would have ended up with a commit war. Doesn't anyone care for 'correct' code anymore, or do we care more for making people feel good about themselves and their compiler?
