So bascially the only option is to get either the st Link V2 or ARM USB TINY-H
, would something like this work ?

I fould the following announcement:

http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.debugging.openocd.devel/17362

So ulink is supported by openocd, not sure if ulink2 is compatible with ulink.

from what I have googled about ulink2 it seems that it is closely bound to the
uVision Debugger from Keil and they do not seem to provide a gdbserver.

So if ulink support in openocd does not work for you I would propose that you
spend approx. 25 Euros and buy a stlink V2 interface or ARM-USB-TINY-H from
Olimex (€40),
I own both and they work just fine with openocd.

I have no plans to make ulink2 work, I have created an interface for openocd
(which provides a gdbserver) that can be used to interface with different jtag
debugging interfaces. http://openocd.sourceforge.net/

Sorry of this cross posts but i wasn't sure where to send this question to.

I am currently using a LPC 1343 Microprocessor board and i have recently
purchased a ULINK2 debugging kit from china.

i am aware that there are plans to allow debugging these boards using the
UNLINK2, but it wasnt something that is currently available

could i get some help so i can use the UNLINK2 device to debug my board , i
want to be able to write some code in lazarus , upload it to the board and
debug it

I do believe micheal ring was talking bout this

  Kind Regards
