Agree with the idea of not using the term "roadmap". Since actually, what we are talking about is not a roadmap at all in the conventional sense, and is much better described with the title you mention below Keith. In this sense it might be apropriate for the actual Flex site - but then you would do well to watch and see if the things actually do get implemented in the coming releases; if so continue/expand the practice, if not, ditch it.
