Note that we spell words differently too (Check vs Cheque, neighbour vs
neighbor). The languages are about 4% different. Canadian SIN and
American SIN's have about the same mask (or masque).

There are no changes form the en_US with the exception of zipcode been
replaced with postcode.
The resource string for the social security validator is incorrect but as
the class doesn't support Canadian social security numbers it's probably
not a big issue.
