There was a "recommended" use before to, for example, merge AIR SDK and Flex 
SDK - in which case that information about playerglobal may or may not be 
correct.

However, what I'm saying, is that from the user standpoint, it would be more 
interesting to know what playerglobal libraries the SDK is able to use, rather 
than what library it used for it's own compilation. Besides, i reckon, there 
are pieces of SDK that may use older playerglobal library (all the built-in 
graphics, such as icons etc - they are compiled from Flash IDE (Assets.swf) as 
far as I can tell, and haven't been updated in a long time).

FYI, that file is also used in FD to display the version of the SDK, not sure 
about other editors.
