Hi Justin, I thought that this file was there to tell what's inside the SDK,
not to explain how it was compiled - please correct me if I'm wrong. I.e. an
SDK may contain (and in fact it does) multiple versions of playerglobal library
or locales. That is, if the former description wasn't informative enough, the
way you put it might be misleading.
