I believe this is impossible, the Flash Player will only cache RSL's that
are explicitly signed by Adobe.
This is indeed unfortunate, but in this case I understand Adobe's reasons.
Anyways, this has been discussed already on the list, most people agree
that it will be possible to
remove the need for this caching by making the SDK more modular so that a
simple application doesn't need
to download 500K worth of SDK swc's.
