What you are proposing doesn't get you around the fact that you still have to parse the component classes into language a target platform understands. In other words, you can't just pawn rendering to a new target, such as the JavaScript engine, by simply expecting Spark skin classes to create DOM objects because the underlying component class would also have to run in the JS engine.
