I don't thing adobe will ever release flash open, I hope it will and I hope the runtime will be integrated as a part of any browser. IMHO, the most we can expect is this community to have more energy than others in asking adobe new features, bugfixes and change some internal vm behaviors, but this would happen only if the work done here on flex will result in a good job for adobe and (and most important) if adobe will get some profit out of it. my 2 cents, pigiuz
