If there is a non-zero but small chance, then we should not take this
route.  I am sure we can reserve (if I may use that word) 4.7 for Adobe and
make 4.8 the first real Apache Flex version.  The whole point is to provide
a way for a last release from Adobe and at the same time maintain the
versioning scheme from a stability point of view when we make the
transition from Adobe Flex to Apache Flex.
