I think this sounds like a reasonable conclusion what's been discussed. We can throw out alternative voting scenarios for days, but I think we should just take this one, agree to accept or decline it and start the vote. If we agree on using this as the guide to determining the winner I'll start a [Vote] thread and I'll volunteer to see that vote through.
