Does it HAVE to be Jira? ;) I'm actually going to assume yes, probably to ease porting over tasks from the existing Jira hosted by Adobe.
In reality, I've never liked JIRA and would totally be ok with a change! (since I'm saying this, might I suggest Redmine?)
