I like it. Maybe add a little more context regarding the whiteboard (not everyone knows what this is and lots of us also just learned about it the other day) and the state of the source code contribution, e.g. "Our contributors from Adobe are working with their legal department to get the Flex SDK source code submitted to the Apache code repository, we expect to have it in our SVN by the end of next week ..."
