Opening the vote to the community is a nice gesture... but it would probably be 
easier if we consider PPMC / initial commiters as contest judges who's decision 
is final.

Consider the recent debacle in New Hampshire... the 'hanging chad' and 
so-forth. I would hate to see this turn into a mob or a tea-party.
