This arise the problem that the runtimes are still in Adobe's hands, something that Apache seems to not take care right now (thanks to god). If Flash Player was in Apache hands, this problem would not be a problem, since Apache will sign the RSLs.
Meanwhile, we could ask Adobe to allow Apache signed RSLs.
