I'm not addressing debugging. I'm addressing code coverage.

... - almost nothing more complicated than "Hello world" fully works correctly the first time, if it does that's a happy accident. It also often means the programmer has overlooked something.

What I wrote either makes sense to you or it doesn't. I'm not going to argue.
