I do not think we ever had, and it would have been a good idea indeed. A probably valid testing procedure would be to run FATE from a libav tree compiled as shared library with LD_LIBRARY_PATH loading ffmpeg's library. But setting up automated tests is only second to making a DECISION about ABI compatibility. Regards, -- Nicolas George
