deveoler packages not selected durring install processes. (you know where you click for "individule packege selection" the star for developer was not hi-lited and so none of the developer packages got installed. as always it is my suggestion that if you are trying to install with all bells and whistles, to try the "flat" package selection, as opposed to the "tree" package selection.
