The blank screen is very common with our libraries when setting up Hatch.

Here are our troubleshooting steps:
White/blank screen after installing Hatch

First try restarting the computer and then accessing the web client. In
some cases, this can fix the white screen issue. If this does not work, it
usually means that the installation of Hatch did not go correctly. To gain
immediate access to the web client, remove the Hatch extension, (this is
either a green or yellow circle to the right of the address bar in Chrome
or found under the puzzle icon to the right of the address bar). Reload the
browser. You should now be able to access the web client, although without
the use of Hatch. To reinstate Hatch, uninstall all versions of JRE (Java
Runtime Environment) and Hatch on the computer. Restart the computer and
use the Installation instructions above to reinstall the necessary
components

Lately, as libraries migrate to Windows 11, we're finding that the majority
of the time, staff simply forget to install the Hatch executable and only
add the extension. That's the first thing I would check - to make sure the
exe is actually on the computer. The program is called "Evergreen ILS -
Hatch - Java based Print Service and Local Storage System" in the list of
programs in WIndows.
