Hello,

The brightness, color, and aim of the LED lights have caused me to avoid
driving at night. I can't see things in my lane when I'm blinded
by oncoming headlights even in the city.
Yes, the color is a problem too.  Warmer white lets our eyes recover
more quickly from the glare.  That's why astronomers use red light in
their observatories.  And, you can see just as well with warm white.
