It's just a "concept." Some might say that's a good thing. Quirky would be one word for the appearance. But at least they're rethinking vehicles, and thinking EV.

Am I the only one who thinks that 2200 lb being considered "low weight" in a vehicle is kind of pitiful? Seems to me the original VW Beetle was ~1600 lb, and I owned an Opel Kadett that weighed in at around 1500 lb. I think the original Suzuki Swift was something like 1380 lb. Granted that they weren't carrying 40 kWh batteries, but the Citicar hauled 500 lb of batteries and weighed 1300 lb.
