<Raises right forepaw> I haven't participated, but I've read about Electrathon racing for many years. It was often discussed here on the EV list in the 1990s. My earliest surviving list archive entries are from 1994-96. The archive for that era is woefully fragmented (I made the error of storing it on floppy disks) but I found 17 messages mentioning "electrathon." Sit tight, I'll forward a sample message separately in a few minutes. :-) > We'd like to grow the program by getting the word out and getting some > funding (there are both 501(c)3 and 501(c)7 parts to the organization) Bravo! I went to your site to check it out and donate, but it complained that my browser was no longer supported, and wouldn't show me anything at all. No offense to your webmeister, but I consider that unfriendly behavior for a website. IMO, sites should degrade gracefully with older browsers, rather than slamming the door in the visitor's face. I'll to try to remember to donate the next time I boot my more-up-to-date computer. Either way, thanks for keeping Electrathon alive!
