Hello Alberto Oshiro Chaya Simone Jason Pln Eckman and all the rest hidden somewhere, (Alberto, this time I copied yours partially,so no charge this time?;))
What 'tragical msitake' are you talking about,Alberto? You got me curious...:D Are you with me,too,Oshiro?LOL That controversial sentence written by Oscar Wilde who was known later as a homo-sexual is rather a cynical remark of his. I googled some quotes of his,and I found quite a few more cynical ones: "Deceiving others. This is what the world calls a romance." "Between men and women there is no friendship possible. There is passion, enmity, worship, love, but no friendship." "Hatred is blind,as well as love." "How can a woman be expected to be happy with a man who insists on treating her as if she were a perfectly normal human being." "I see when men love women. They give them but a little of their lives. But women when they love give everything." If you find all those above not cynical enough, google 'Oscar Wilde Quotes' yourself. It's quite fun to read sometimes when you're in a cynical mood!LOL I myself don't find that concept of his offensive at all!LOL Pln told me that most man students she asked objected the concept and claimed that how could they love someone if they didn't understand her??? For woman students, they mostly smiled at the concept because they didn't only think about their partners but also fathers, brothers, sons and man friends. One even said that men would never understand women thoroughly. So women just have to accept the fact or reality that they can be more loved than understood in most cases... Alberto,I sympathize with your previous efforts and can imagine you must have suffered quite a few blows from women you have tried to love or loved!LOL Love is a mysterious thing. You never know when it comes or when it's gone! But no matter what happens,it's always a great sensation to be in love no matter how old you are. Life would be such a waste if you never experienced the joy or sorrow caused by LOVE...be it between man and woman or something greater than that.
