Any suggestions on what could be happening? I’ve looked at everything and I’m kinda stumped righ now.

The only time the Hyperlink works is when you hit “Close Firefox” on the error. Firefox closes and another Firefox session pop-ups. Firefox and Outlook do run in a special environment do to the nature of our work….-no-remote is not added in the properties of the Firefox shortcut. The firefox profile is located in Appdata\Roaming…since you use roaming profiles. We haven’t had any issues with Hyperlinks in Outlook since v68. That’s not what we want. We want to be able to open a Hyperlink from outlook in a new tab in a Firefox instance that’s already up.
