So it appears that there is a major difference between x64 and x86 versions; 
Java does not function in ESR 45.2.0 x64, but it does in x86.  It seems that 
app NPAPI plugins function in x86, but only Flash does in x64.  Is there a 
reason for this inconsistency between architectures?
