Further note on the 45.2.0esr release: caching issues mean that you may still be seeing an earlier esr version. We are addressing that now and it should be fixed in a few minutes.
The links to release notes and system requirements on the download page may still be pointing to information for ESR 38 if your browser has the page cached.
