One of the reasons why we didn't migrate in the past is that we were unable to find a Wiki which supported some features used by the Board (only by the Board) such as private hierarchies/pages. It would probably be fine to move to another engine as long as it either had the necessary features, or we kept MoinMoin for the Board. It really depends who you're building your "web page" for. For people contributing to Builder, I would expect a Wiki to be fine. If it's about advertising the application, then it's certainly a good idea to move to something less restrictive.
