A mill, to cut out the side plates, that I have. I'll check for a real 
line corded hoist as we've an HF store about 15 miles away.

Already have a couple. Work great, up to about 50 lbs.

Ceiling has drywall on it, and a foot of cocoon insulation on top of 
that.  Druther not make a mess on the mill with that.
