I superglued that scale on tonight, found my x backlash was about .00475
instead of .0021, but I know exactly where it is, and what sort of a
b---ch it will be to tighten it, so I just readjusted the backlash in
LCNC for the time being.

I also found the scale value set in LCNC was about 5.0015" too far in 5"
of travel. So thats a never mind and I didn't adjust it.

So I am still puzzled by dialing in a -0.0500" cut, and only getting
a .0324" radius change.

Next I think is an empty toolholder against the side of the chuck and
push while watching the chuck with a .0001" DI till it cogs once as a
brute force spindle bushing test.

Thanks everybody.
