I can probably get them apart again, for some reason super glue doesn't 
have a heck of a lot of grip either on the plastic, or the nice shiney 
brite freshly machined alu.

Fortunately, the tantalum caps I used were not reverse biased as the .1 
monolithics never did show up, so I had some teeny teeny 1 uf 16 volt 
tants in a bag and used those. They are about 1/4 the size of a book 
match head.  They never showed on the bank statement either.

I'll take it apart, rework them one at a time & test as I go this time.
