I need to cut some partial holes for a taperlock bush. I know that the holes are at 1.38" radius and 85 degrees. So I can very readily move the tool to the hole centre using polar coordinates.
However, once there I want to spiral-mill. I don't think that is it possible to use G91.1 arc centres and polar coordinates? Is there a better way to do this than to do a polar move to the hole centre, then G92 X0 Y0 and then do G90.1 spiral milling before clearing G92 to move to the next hole? -- atp If you can't fix it, you don't own it. http://www.ifixit.com/Manifesto ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ October Webinars: Code for Performance Free Intel webinars can help you accelerate application performance.
