I think you are badly misunderstanding the whole Open Source ethos. EMC is "Free" Software. As the phrase goes ""Free" as in speech, not "free" as in beer". It is written by unpaid volunteers, each for their own reasons, and it is used by a community of cooperative users, not by customers. You paid nothing for the software, so nobody owes you any support.
