these files allow you to install this machine and run a simulation in trunk
put them in the proper directories and edit the make files to cause them to compile www.mpm1.com:8080/5axhydrotel.hal - put in emc2-trunk/config/vismach www.mpm1.com:8080/5axhydrotel.ini - put in emc2-trunk/config/vismach and add 5axhydrotel.var and 5axhydrotel.tbl files in config/vismach (you can just copy an existing .var and .tbl file to new names) www.mpm1.com:8080/5axhydrotelkins.c - put in emc2-trunk/src/emc/kinematics and edit the Makefile in the emc2-trunk/src directory (search the makefile for 5axiskins, copy the lines with 5axiskins, in the copied lines change all instances of 5axiskins to 5axhydrotelkins - should find two locations to copy lines) www.mpm1.com:8080/5axhydrotelgui.py - put in emc2-trunk/src/hal/user_comps/vismach then edit the subMakefile in that directory (after the line '5axisgui.py /' add the line '5axhydrotelgui.py /' you should then be able to compile and run (you will find '5axhydrotel' in the vismach directory) this kinematics file corrects for geometric and construction errors the kinematics file works for all corrections except the zskewx and zskewy corrections. The pivot length is affecting this. I am not sure quite how. It may be a very simple correction. I hope so. I will be working on this. I hope to have it soon. I am asking for peer (su PEER ior) review. :) I am thinking the XYZ skew corrections should be in the same level as the lead screw compensation.
