Which Torch can cut the narrowest and most accurate cut?
I know the width of cut is dependent on cutting gas pressure, but I
would be pretty sure that an inverter type power source would also give
narrower cuts than a transformer based source due to the higher
frequency used.

So in general;
1) What is the narrowest I can go, and how do I achieve it.
2) What is the difference in cutting width between air only cutters and
full shielding and cutting gas torches.
3) I have a free Miller Syncrowave 200 TIG free, is it possible to use
the TIG as the power source?
I cannot see why not, voltage is voltage and current is current and the
TIG can deliver what the torch power sources can too.
4) As I have a CNC table free I can use to automate the process, the
holdup for me is to select the best Torch at the best price.

thanks
