I have a plot, but don’t know the CM and DM split. We are planning to use the technique as described in “EMI Troubleshooting Techniques”, Michel Mardiguian, 1999, (figure 3.6.a). Wires through a current clamp for CM and 2xDM readings (two set-ups). Designing for 600VDC/25A is quite a new challenge regarding to choose components. But the filter design / topology itself may look like a regular EMI net filer with caps and CM chokes. Right? Wurth used to provide LTSpice models for their chokes with all the parasitics, I don’t know if they still do. But due to the small space inside the product's enclosure, the complete filter has to be assembled in a peculiar way to fit in. We are talking about EMI filter for 600VDC/30A. At this point I have no idea about existing DM or CM currents that could cause problems. But there should be a lot of broadband noise (I have been told) from brushless DC motors.
