It would be tempting to buy a ready-made mains filter from Schaffner or other suppliers. But due to the small space inside the product's enclosure, the complete filter has to be assembled in a peculiar way to fit in. We are talking about EMI filter for 600VDC/30A. At this point I have no idea about existing DM or CM currents that could cause problems. But there should be a lot of broadband noise (I have been told) from brushless DC motors.
