A partner claims they want compliance to IEC 61000-4-13 (Part 3). a. this is limited to equipment 16A, right? b. what does the title refer to when it says " Mains Signalling at A.C. Power Port " ? 2. Older standards (specially UL 2231-2) call out IEC 61000-4-3 for immunity testing, which I remember from {ahem} a while ago. However, -4-3 isn't on the ANSI Webstore for IEC 61000 series standards - is it still active?
