IEC 61000-4-13 is an immunity test on the mains for harmonics and Interharmonics. It can be thought of as the inverse of IEC 61000-3-2. Instead of measuring emissions, you’re subjecting the EUT to potential harmonics on the mains caused by other equipment. In my experience it is rarely used outside of the power industry – nuclear plants, solar, etc.
