Hello Chuck, Typical issue with reading the standard. Standard IEC 62368-1 3rd Ed only defines routine tests on some components, where there is a reference to routine tests (e.g. transformer, optocoupler,... - search for reference to 5.4.9.2). Complete unit shall be tested in production based on requirements of IEC 62911 standard.
