Has anyone experienced having an ITE product that complies with IEC60950 requirements, but does not comply with some portions IEC 62368? In particular the use of a non-LPS psu. Is there some sort of risk analysis that can be done to prove up conformance to the directive based on 60950 with or without supplemental test??
