On a whim I figured I'd check out some repos that might be keeping the 5.4 kernel alive and I found one:
https://github.com/oracle/linux-uek/tree/v5.4.17-2136.354.4# Sadly, because of the issue with LinuxCNC crashing on 5.4.290 but working fine with 5.4.279 using the parallel port I can't fully test this to make sure it'd work, but I did check to see how bad the conflicts would be to patch with IPIPE/RTAI and honestly it's not bad at all. If I had a parallel card I'd be more than happy to update the RTAI source to Oracle's 5.4 kernel. Last commit as of this writing was only two weeks ago to the 5.4 branch.
