That I noticed. Which reminded me that I'd been meaning to add
CUSTOM_IDs to all FAQ entries missing them. I have done so now, after a
bit of fumbling in Git. Since people may add links when working on the
Org files, it's best to have all permalinks in CUSTOM_ID. Slugifying
headers with missing custom ids is still welcome, but even better if it
could generate a warning.

(Permanence is relative: I've changed the CUSTOM_ID of the Capture
section -- was: Remember -- to reflect reality.)
