It's working for me right now (Tue Nov 4 12:28:40 PM UTC 2025), but it's
definitely had some issues in the past. I was monitoring it for a while and
would regularly see network issues at their ISP. I'm not monitoring it
right now because they had to implement some anti-DDoS measures to deal
with an external attack (
https://www.fsf.org/blogs/sysadmin/our-small-team-vs-millions-of-bots).
Those measures ended up classifying the monitoring traffic as malicious and
I got blocked, but the GNU webmasters were quick to help me sort that out.
They don't publish the denylist, but if you're consistently seeing failure
to connect you might check a traceroute and see if you're making it past
the upstream twdx routers. If you're not, then you might also be getting
blocked.

Cheers,

Derek
