Trouble with the git server

Hi

I’m experiencing trouble with savannah

git pull
fatal: unable to access 'https://git.savannah.gnu.org/git/emacs/org-mode/': 
Failed to connect to git.savannah.gnu.org port 443 after 75563 ms: Couldn't 
connect to server

Anyone else?
